Plastic Injection is the benchmark of this Business Group, and although it is the most recent area of the group, it is the one that is rapidly expanding in the market. In the last few years we have worked with both the national and the Spanish markets. Our experience, versatility, and ease of communication in languages such as English, Spanish, German, and French, gives us the confidence to work with any company on an international level.

While our projects have as main purpose the quality/price relation, we enhance the innovation and development in order to achieve the complete satisfaction and trust of the client.

In this sector we have two distinct services: product and mold development, and plastic injection.

Within product development we have the ability and the expertise to develop any product just from an idea from the customer. Our Cad and 3D modeling software allows us to maximize the product and ensure the quality of the parts the customer wants.

For the plastic injection, a variety of raw materials are used, depending on the purpose of the product, such as high and low density polypropylene, new or recycled. Dyes are also applied to obtain the shade requested by the customer.

A well succeeded injection is the combination of 3 factors, the quality of our injection machines, the excellent work of the product/project development team, and the team responsible for the injection molds. The continuous interaction between the two teams is what allows us to have a highly efficient production process.

Each task is supervised during all phases by the same engineer, from product development up until the first samples are delivered to the customer.
